We Have 4 Locations to Choose From All of our properties are centrally located on our 60+ acre property and are in the midst of a working apple orchard. Seclusion, privacy and beauty are our top priority. We are committed to making this the most special day of your lives. Therefore, we will never have more than one function at a time. You will have the sole use of the entire property and we will do everything in our power to make your day perfect. Please feel free to use any or all of our locations as you see fit but here are some ideas to point you in the right direction.

Pool House The most diverse of our properties. The House is a two bedroom rambler and is available for your use. There is a full kitchen for the caterers to prepare/cook for your event. There is a bedroom and separate bath for the bridal party to get ready for the event. (guest are asked to use the portable toilets) The Patio is large partially covered patio that is adjacent to the house and can be used for seating guests for dinner, extra shade, receiving line or band/DJ. The Sun Deck can be used as a ceremony site, for the band, dance floor, seating or a nice flat area to serve dinner. The Lawn is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and generally is used for seating guest for the ceremony and/or dinner. This area can accommodate up to 250 people when used as a ceremony site and that many, depending on your seating configuration, for dinner.

The Playhouse The grounds around this residence offer outstanding views and spacious lawns.   The lawn encompasses the the house and offers ample room for the larges events. There are multiple locations to use as a ceremony site depending on the depth of your guest list. Many of the areas offer towering views of Lake Chelan with panoramic backdrops. The large concrete parking area accompanies this location and can be used for seating for dinner, a dance floor to fit all of your guests or a generous area for the best barbecue you can imagine. A total of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. are available. Unfortunaly the house is not avaialbe for use.

The Big House This area has two sites available, the first, a small lawn that is 1,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 150 people for a ceremony and 100 for dinner. The second site is a large triangular shaped lawn that can accommodate up to 250 when used as a ceremony site. We do not recommend using this site for dinner because it is farthest site away from the catering area and would prove difficult serving your guests. This house was completed in 1951-52 and is truly one of a kind. The unique architecture of this house offers a unique opportunity for your wedding photos. The large daylight basement contains an assortment of exotic trophies from around the world, all taken in the early 1950's during hunting safari around the world. This will also be available for the wedding party but we ask that guests remain outside due to the special configuration of the residence. We are considering opening this area up for rehearsal dinners. Please inquire if you are interested, we will consider all who are interested.

The Boat House Three grass terraces offer their own unique aspects. Generally is used for pictures but has the capability to support a small wedding. This location gives you the ability to get down to lake level, totally changing the perspective of the camera lens and guests alike. Lake Chelan offers some of the cleanest and most pristine waters in North America giving you an unforgettable backdrop for any event. Pictures truly don't do this property justice.
